Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Avery Global Empire LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operator of the Mission After Service program, handles information in connection with this website.

What This Site Currently Collects

At this stage of the Mission After Service program, this website does not operate a live participant intake form. Where the site provides a way to contact us (for example, a "Request Pilot Partnership" or "Request Capability Statement" link), that request is sent directly to our email address and is handled the same as any other email correspondence.

We do use standard website analytics tools to understand how the site is used in aggregate (for example, which pages are visited and how often). These tools may use cookies or similar technology. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors personally, and we do not sell this data.

When Participant Intake Begins

Mission After Service intends to eventually operate a structured intake process for program participants, which may collect information such as name, contact details, service branch, and transition-readiness information described in the program's intake materials. Before that intake process goes live, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe:

What specific information is collected and why
How that information is stored and secured
Who has access to it internally
How long it is retained
How a participant can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information

No participant intake collecting sensitive personal information will begin until this section has been completed and reviewed.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
We do not share participant information with employers, government agencies, or other organizations without the participant's clear, documented consent, except where required by law.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Referrals to Licensed Partners

Where Mission After Service refers a participant to a licensed counselor, the VA, a Vet Center, Military OneSource, or another outside organization, that organization's own privacy practices govern any information a participant shares directly with them.
