Compliance & Accessibility
Accessibility Statement
Avery Global Empire LLC is committed to making the Mission After Service website usable by the widest possible audience, including veterans and family members with disabilities. We aim to align this site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, on an ongoing basis, including sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigability, and clear text alternatives for visual content.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this site, please contact support@keithavery.net and describe the issue. We will work to address it.
Non-Solicitation & No Government Endorsement
Mission After Service is an independently operated program of Avery Global Empire LLC. It is not an official program of, and is not endorsed by, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. References to TAP, the VA, Vet Centers, Military OneSource, or similar organizations are made to describe how Mission After Service works alongside those resources, not to imply affiliation, partnership, or endorsement unless a specific partnership has been formally confirmed in writing.
Verification Protocol
Avery Global Empire LLC does not publish partner names, employer relationships, outcome statistics, or testimonials on behalf of Mission After Service unless they have been directly confirmed and documented with the party involved. If you believe any content on this site inaccurately implies a relationship, partnership, or outcome that has not been verified, please contact support@keithavery.net.
Data Handling & Confidentiality
Mission After Service does not yet operate a live participant intake system. Once intake begins, participant information will be handled under the following minimum standards, to be finalized before intake launches:
- Information is collected only for the stated program purpose (readiness assessment, referral, and follow-up).
- Access to participant information is limited to program staff with a direct role in supporting that participant.
- Information is not shared with employers, government agencies, or other third parties without the participant's documented consent, except where required by law.
- A defined retention and deletion schedule will be published before intake begins.
Professional Boundaries
Mission After Service provides veteran-led transition education, mentorship, accountability, and referral. It does not provide licensed therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, clinical counseling, suicide-risk assessment, VA claims representation, or legal services. These services are provided only by properly licensed or accredited professionals, to whom Mission After Service refers participants as needed.
